Abstract:
Disclosed is an axial protection system for a magnetic suspension bearing, belonging to the technical field of magnetic suspension bearing protection. The protection system comprises a first component (1) and a second component (2), wherein the first component (1) is a structural member made of a soft material, the second component (2) is a structural member made of a hard material, and the first component (1) and the second component (2) are both used for bearing an axial impact and deforming; the system further comprises a first annular plate (3), a second annular plate (4) and a third annular plate (5) that are coaxially arranged, the second annular plate (4) is located between the first annular plate (3) and the third annular plate (5), a gap is reserved between the second annular plate (4) and the first annular plate (3) and between the second annular plate and the third annular plate (5), and the diameter of an inner annular hole of the second annular plate (4) is smaller than the diameter of an inner annular hole of the first annular plate (3) and the diameter of an inner annular hole of the third annular plate (5); and the first component (1) and the second component (2) are installed on opposite side walls of the first annular plate (3) and the third annular plate (5), and when the first component (1) deforms due to the axial impact, the first component (1) presses the second component (2) and drives the second component (2) to deform. The axial protection system for the magnetic suspension bearing has a higher reliability in protecting a magnetic suspension bearing (12).
