Abstract:
An axis adjusting device of a friction welding machine, comprising a plurality of tensioning mechanisms (3) and a plurality of adjusting mechanisms (2). The tensioning mechanisms (3) are used for being arranged on the side of a slide away from a tailstock integrating body (1); the tailstock integrating body (1) is used for mounting a tailstock workpiece; the tensioning mechanisms (3) can drive the tailstock integrating body (1) to move in a direction close to the slide so as to limit the axial and radial movement of the tailstock integrating body (1); the adjusting mechanisms (2) are fixedly arranged on the slide; the plurality of adjusting mechanisms (2) are distributed around the tailstock integrating body (1); when the tailstock integrating body (1) is in a position adjustable state, by means of the plurality of adjusting mechanisms (2), the radial position of the tailstock integrating body (1) can be adjusted, and the radial position of the tailstock integrating body (1) can be locked. A slide mechanism (100), comprising a tailstock integrating body (1), a slide, and an axis adjusting device of a friction welding machine. A friction welding machine, comprising a slide mechanism (100). According to the axis adjusting device of a friction welding machine, the slide and the friction welding machine can adjust the axis position of the tailstock workpiece, and the adjusting process is time-saving and labor-saving.
