Abstract:
A friction welding machine axis adjusting device (100), comprising a workpiece clamping mechanism (1), an inner tapered sleeve (2), an inner square sleeve (3), a tailstock body (4), a plurality of first adjusting devices (5), a plurality of second adjusting devices (6) and a first driving device (7), wherein the workpiece clamping mechanism is used for clamping a tailstock workpiece; the workpiece clamping mechanism is fixedly arranged inside the inner tapered sleeve; the inner square sleeve is arranged inside a tailstock housing (41); the tailstock body comprises the tailstock housing, and a locking rod (71) can sequentially penetrate the tailstock housing, the inner square sleeve and the end of the inner tapered sleeve that is away from the tailstock workpiece, and extends into the inner tapered sleeve; the first adjusting devices are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the inner square sleeve; the second adjusting devices are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the inner tapered sleeve; and the first driving device is in transmission connection with the locking rod. Further provided is a friction welding machine, comprising the friction welding machine axis adjusting device. According to the friction welding machine axis adjusting device and the friction welding machine, time and labor are saved during the axis adjusting process.
