Abstract:
A back-contact solar cell, comprising a cell base. The cell base comprises: a silicon substrate (1), a first semiconductor layer (2) located on a first area of a non-sun-facing face of the silicon substrate, a barrier layer (3) stacked on an end area of the first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer (4) stacked on the barrier layer and on a second area of the non-sun-facing face of the silicon substrate, and a transparent electrically conductive film layer (5) stacked on the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, wherein the first area and the second area are arranged adjacent to each other; the doping types of the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are different; the second semiconductor layer and the transparent electrically conductive film layer are provided with a separation groove (6); and in a direction approaching the silicon substrate, the area of the cross section of the separation groove decreases. The cell has a better insulation effect, and light incident to positions in the separation groove is reflected to reach the silicon substrate again, such that the intensity of light irradiating the silicon substrate is higher.
