Abstract:

The present application discloses a backlight control circuit and a method for controlling the same. The backlight control circuit comprises a light bar providing a backlight source, a controller driving the light bar, and a feedback resistor. The feedback resistor is connected in parallel to the light bar, and is electrically connected to the controller. The controller reads a first voltage across two ends of the feedback resistor, and adjusts, according to the first voltage, a current driving the light bar. A resistance value of the feedback resistor is greater than a resistance value of the light bar.
