Abstract:
A ball screw device 1 comprises a nut that has a nut body 5 and a cover 6, a screw shaft 3, a rolling path 10 that is formed by a screw groove 5a in the nut body 5 and a screw groove 3a in the screw shaft 3, a circulation path 20 that is formed by an outer circumferential surface of the nut body 5 and the cover 6, a pair of connection paths 30 that respectively allow one end of the circulation path 20 to communicate with one end of the rolling path 10 and the other end of the circulation path 20 to communicate with the other end of the rolling path 10, and a plurality of balls 4 that are arranged in the rolling path 10, the circulation path 20, and the pair of communication paths 30. The circulation path 20 is formed along a cylindrical part 5c of the outer circumferential surface of the nut body 5.
