Abstract:
A barristor junction array device and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. A barristor junction array device according to one embodiment comprises: a substrate; a two-dimensional semiconductor formed on the substrate in a first direction; and graphene formed on the two-dimensional semiconductor in a second direction, wherein a barristor device is formed at each position at which the two-dimensional semiconductor and the graphene are bonded.
