Abstract:
Disclosed is a base station device that prevents a proximate base station device from commencing a communication using a given frequency when a downstream communication data that is transmitted upon the frequency whereupon the communication is carried out is not present. A base station device (101) comprising a plurality of antennae comprises a wireless control unit (104) that recognizes a presence of a downstream communication data with respect to a mobile station device, and a transmission processing unit (106), which, when the downstream communication data are present, employs the plurality of antennae to transmit the downstream communication data to the mobile station device, and, when the downstream communication data are not present, employs the plurality of antennae to carry out an omni transmission processing, which transmits a pseudo-data one or more times at the same frequency as the frequency of the downstream communication data in all directions over a predetermined interval.
