The present application provides a base station version upgrading method, a base station, a network device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The base station version upgrading method applied to the base station comprises: receiving an upgrading time window which is sent by a network management server and is matched with the base station, the upgrading time window being determined by the network management server according to acquired historical state data of the base station, and the historical state data being used for representing the distribution of the number of users accessing the base station within different time periods (S100); and when entering the upgrading time window, according to a preset threshold of the number of users accessing the base station and the number of users accessing the base station within the upgrading time window, selecting one moment from the upgrading time window for version upgrading (S200).
