The atomization member(100) comprises: a piezoelectric ceramic piece (10), a through hole (12) being provided on the piezoelectric ceramic piece (10); and an atomization component (20), the atomization component (20) and the piezoelectric ceramic piece (10) being stacked and covering the through hole (12). A atomization assembly has a central area (21) corresponding to the through hole (12) and a peripheral area (23) surrounding the central area (21), and the central area (21) comprises a microporous area (212) and a counterweight area (214) surrounding the microporous area (212); the microporous area (212) is provided with an atomization hole (323) communicated with the through hole (12); the mass of the counterweight area (214) is greater than that of the peripheral area (23), so that the weight of an atomization piece (30) in the central area (21) is greater, the mass distribution of the passively vibrated atomization piece (30) becomes non-uniform, and the distribution of vibration energy can be more concentrated in the central area (21), thereby improving the atomization effect.
