Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a base tread rubber composition which makes it possible to improve pass-by noise and achieve excellent control stability and rolling resistance when used in a tyre. To solve the aforementioned problem, the present invention, which is a base tread rubber composition to be used in the base tread of the tread section of a tyre, is characterised in that the ratio (0°CE'/30°CE') of the storage modulus at 0°C (0°CE') to the storage modulus at 30°C (30°CE') is in the range of 1.3 to 2.0.
