Abstract:
Provided are a bass reproduction apparatus and a bass reproduction method capable of reproducing rich and heavy bass by using an exciter without narrowing the passenger space. The bass reproduction apparatus is provided with a vibration generation unit (3) that generates vibrations corresponding to sound range components of an audio signal, and a secondary vibration unit (5) that transmits the vibrations of the vibration generation unit (3) to a vehicle frame (6). The vehicle frame (6) is configured to resonate with the vibration of the vibration generation unit (3) transmitted via the secondary vibration unit (5) so as to reproduce the sound of a bass range component.
