Abstract:
A method for preparing aliphatic isocyanate according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of introducing aliphatic amine and an organic solvent into a reactor; a second step of supplying gaseous hydrogen chloride into the reactor by means of a sparger; and a third step of stirring the aliphatic amine, the organic solvent, and the hydrogen chloride by means of a stirrer installed in the reactor, wherein in the third step, the stirrer is controlled so as to operate at a stirring force of 500 to 4000 W/m3.
