The present invention relates to an unmanned shipment management apparatus for an aggregate transport vehicle, the unmanned shipment management apparatus comprising: a warehousing processing unit which captures an image of a statement, transmits the captured image of the statement to a terminal of a loader driver who can support warehousing according to a request for vehicle entry, and processes warehousing when warehousing is identified from the terminal of the loader driver; a delivery processing unit which captures an image of a statement, transmits the captured image of the statement to a terminal of a loader driver who can support loading according to a request for loading, and processes delivery when loading is identified from the terminal of the loader driver; and a vehicle shipment management unit which records, in a vehicle shipment database, statement images captured in the process of requesting vehicle entry and loading, and vehicle images captured in a process of vehicle shipment.
