Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of batteries, and provide a battery cell, a battery, an electrical device, and a method and device for manufacturing the battery cell. The battery cell comprises a housing, an electrode assembly, an end cap, an insulating member, and a heat conducting member. The housing is provided with an opening. The electrode assembly is adapted to be accommodated in the housing. The end cap is used for covering the opening. The insulating member is located on the side of the end cap facing the electrode assembly, and the insulating member is used for isolating the end cap and the electrode assembly. The heat conducting member is embedded in the insulating member, and the heat conducting member is configured to be in contact with the end cap. Heat produced by the electrode assembly can be transferred to the end cap by means of the heat conducting member; the provision of the heat conducting member improves the heat transfer efficiency between the electrode assembly and the end cap, so that heat produced by the electrode assembly can be more easily transferred to the end cap by means of the heat conducting member; the heat dissipation performance of the battery cell is effectively improved, and the service life of the battery cell is prolonged.
