Abstract:
Embodiments the present application relate to the technical field of batteries, and provide a battery cell, a battery, an electrical device, and a method and device for manufacturing the battery cell. The battery cell comprises a housing, an electrode assembly, an end cover, and a current collecting member. The electrode assembly comprises a tab. The housing is provided with an opening, and the housing is used for accommodating the electrode assembly. The end cover is used for covering the opening, and is connected to the housing in a sealing manner. The current collecting member is located in the housing, and the current collecting member is used for connecting the tab and the housing so as to implement an electrical connection between the tab and the housing, wherein an inner side surface of the housing is provided with a first limiting portion, and the current collecting member abuts against the side of the first limiting portion facing the electrode assembly. The first limiting portion plays a role of limiting the current collecting member, such that the current collecting member plays a role of restricting the movement of the electrode assembly to reduce the displacement of the electrode assembly in the housing along the direction of the end cover, such that the risk of failure of a connection between the tab and the current collecting member caused by an excessive displacement of the electrode assembly is reduced, thereby reducing the risk of failure of an electrical connection between a battery assembly and the housing.
