Abstract:
Disclosed are a benzothiazinone derivative based on an alkynyl linking arm, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The present invention is an inventive improvement on the position of a side chain connected to the skeleton of benzothiazinone, and a new benzothiazinone derivative is obtained. In addition to having excellent antibacterial properties, compared with existing benzothiazinone derivatives, the benzothiazinone derivative based on an alkynyl linking arm of the present invention has significantly excellent pharmacokinetic effects in vivo.
