Abstract:
Provided is a battery connecting metal-part that can be connected to battery electrodes easily and with reliability, and without being welded thereto. The battery connecting metal-part (10) is provided with: a cathode connecting section (20) to be connected to a cathode bottom face of a first battery comprising an anode protrusion section, the cathode bottom face, a cathode side-face, and an insulative cover layer that covers the cathode side face; and an anode connecting section (30) to be connected to an anode protrusion section of a second battery having the same composition as the first battery. The cathode connecting section (20) comprises: a cathode-side contact section (22) that is to be made to come in contact with the cathode bottom face of the first battery; and a plurality of latching pawls (23b) that are to be latched to the cover layer of the cathode side-face of the first battery. The cathode-side contact section (22) further comprises: a plurality of flexible contact pieces (22b) extending cantilever-like from the base-end side towards the tip side thereof; and protruding-shaped cathode contacts (22c) that are formed at the tip sections of each of the contact pieces (22b), and that are to be made to come in contact with the cathode bottom face of the first battery. Further, the latching pawls (23b) penetrate the cover layer, and come in contact with the cathode side-face.
