Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a battery-material drum device capable of separating a workpiece from a circumferential surface of a drum in a fast and stable manner. A battery-material drum device 2 for rotationally conveying a sheet-shaped workpiece W related to a battery material while adhering the workpiece W thereto is provided with a drum 21 having a prescribed rotation axis, a rotation drive mechanism 22 for axially rotating the drum 21, and an adhering mechanism 23 for adhering the workpiece W to a circumferential surface 21a of the drum 21. When the adhering mechanism 23 separates the workpiece from the circumferential surface 21a of the drum 21 at a prescribed site, the adhering mechanism 23 separates a rear portion of the workpiece W from a circumferential surface 21b of the drum 21 immediately after separating a front portion of the workpiece from the circumferential surface 21a of the drum 21.
