Abstract:
A battery measurement device (50) that measures the state of a storage battery (42) comprises: a current control unit (54a) that causes a synthesized wave in which a plurality of AC signals of different frequencies are overlapped to be output from the storage battery or to be input into the storage battery; a voltage measurement unit (52) that measures voltage fluctuations of the storage battery with respect to the synthesized wave; and an operation unit (54b) which, on the basis of the voltage fluctuations and the AC signals constituting the synthesized wave, analyzes the voltage fluctuations at each frequency of the AC signals, and calculates information pertaining to a complex impedance of the storage battery. The current control unit causes input/output of each predetermined number of waves with regard to each of the AC signals constituting the synthesized wave, and if input/output of the predetermined number of waves with regard to any of the AC signals constituting the synthesized wave has been completed, the current control unit switches the AC signal for which input/output has been completed to an AC signal having another frequency while continuing input/output of another of the AC signals.
