Abstract:
A battery measurement device (50) that measures the state of a storage battery (42) comprises: a signal control unit (56a) that causes an AC signal to be output from the storage battery or inputs an AC signal into the storage battery; a current measuring unit (56c) that measures the AC signal; a response signal measuring unit (52) that measures a response signal of the storage battery for the AC signal; and an operational unit (53) that calculates information pertaining to a complex impedance of the storage battery on the basis of measurement results of the AC signal measured by the current measuring unit and the response signal measured by the response signal measuring unit. After the startup of input/output of the AC signal by the signal control unit, the operational unit waits for the measurement result of the AC signal to reach a steady state, and then calculates the information pertaining to the complex impedance and outputs the calculation result.
