Abstract:
The present invention provides a battery module with reinforced safety. The battery module according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a cell assembly provided with one or more battery cells; a main body frame which accommodates the cell assembly in the inner space thereof, and has an opening portion in at least one side thereof; an end frame which is coupled to the opening portion of the main body frame, and is provided with at least one of a terminal portion and a connector portion; and a blocking member which is disposed between the end frame and the cell assembly to block the propagation of the flame.
