Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/225609
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent ejection of discharge gas from a non-exhaust-side end surface of a battery cell without modifying the structure of the battery cell. A battery module (100) comprises a plurality of battery cells (1) which include: an exhaust-side end surface (10) comprising an end surface provided with a discharge opening (6) of a discharge valve (5); and a non-exhaust-side end surface (11) comprising an end surface on the opposite side from the exhaust-side end surface (10). The plurality of battery cells (1) are arranged in position by means of a battery holder (2). The discharge opening (6) of the battery cells (1) is connected with a discharge duct (7). Further, a stopper (18) for preventing deformation of the non-exhaust-side end surface (11) due to inner pressure is disposed in a position opposing the non-exhaust-side end surface (11) of the battery cells (1).
