Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a magnetically shielded room with which it is possible to reduce an oppressive feeling felt by a person therein. A magnetically shielded room (1) is provided with an upper shielding body (11), a side peripheral portion shielding body (12), and a lower shielding body (13) which form a magnetically shielded internal space. A magnifying lens (52) is provided in the upper shielding body (11). The magnifying lens (52) is capable of magnifying and projecting an image projected from the outside onto one inside surface of the magnetically shielded room (1), in a zone at least equal to 50% of the surface area of said inside surface, where said zone includes most of the inside surface that is above the line of sight of a person inside the magnetically shielded room (1). The magnifying lens (52) is provided in a position closer to the inside surface onto which the magnifying lens (52) is to project than to the inside surface onto which the magnifying lens (52) is not to project and which opposes the inside surface onto which the magnifying lens (52) is to project.
