Abstract:

Disclosed, in an embodiment, is a battery module comprising: a plurality of battery cells in which anodes and cathodes are disposed at the same side; a first conductive plate provided at one end side of the plurality of battery cells adjacent to the anodes and cathodes, and having a first through hole for exposing the anode and cathode of each of the plurality of battery cells, and a first step formed to be adjacent to the first through hole and inserted into the plurality of battery cells; an insulation plate disposed on the first conductive plate, and having a second through hole overlapped with at least a portion of the first through hole; a second conductive plate disposed on the insulation plate, and having a third through hole overlapped with at least a portion of the second through hole, and a second step formed to be adjacent to the third through hole and inserted into the insulation plate; a first connection tab for electrically connecting one of the anode and the cathode with the first step; and a second connection tab for electrically connecting the other one of the anode and the cathode with the second step.
