Abstract:
A battery module comprises: a lower casing (10), which is provided with a casing through hole (100) thereon; an upper cover (102) sealed and mounted on the lower casing (10), wherein the upper cover (102) and the lower casing (10) together form a sealed space in which a plurality of batteries is accommodated, and the batteries are provided with a sampling circuit board (20); an external terminal (30) fixedly connected to the outer side of the lower casing (10) and provided with a sampling protection channel (300), the sampling protection channel (300) extending through the casing through hole (100) into the lower casing (10); and a switching circuit board (40), one end of which is located inside the external terminal (30) and the other end of which extends through the sampling protection channel (300) into the lower casing (10), wherein the switching circuit board (40) is electrically connected to the sampling circuit board (20). A sealed connection is formed between the sampling protection channel (300) and the casing through hole (100), and between the switching circuit board (40) and the sampling protection channel (300). The sealed connections between the sampling protection channel (300) and the casing through hole (100) and between the switching circuit board (40) and the sampling protection channel (300) ensure the sealing of the battery module and improve the safety and stability of the battery module.
