Abstract:
The present invention relates to a battery module comprising end plates, the battery module having a simplified battery module assembly process since a separate component for accommodating connectors is unnecessary, thus enabling process efficiency to be increased through a reduction in manufacturing costs, and suppressing movement of the connectors and wires and preventing foreign material from entering during shipping of the battery module to enable product quality and stability to be increased. The battery module according to the present invention comprises: a cell stack in which a plurality of cells are stacked; a frame in which the cell stack is accommodated; end plates which block the openings of the frame and which are arranged on one surface and the other surface of the cell stack; connectors arranged on the outside of the frame in order to electrically connect the cell stack and the outside; and wires for connecting the cell stack and the connector, wherein the end plates can have, on the surface facing the surface adjacent to the cell stack, connector accommodation grooves in which the connectors can be accommodated.
