Abstract:
A battery mounting structure and a vehicle. The battery mounting structure comprises: two outer transverse beams (101) parallel to each other; two outer longitudinal beams (102) parallel to each other, two ends of each outer longitudinal beam being respectively fixedly connected to the outer transverse beams to form a quadrilateral frame structure; vertical beams (103), the vertical beams being respectively fixedly connected to four corners of the quadrilateral frame, and the vertical beams being capable of being mounted between two longitudinal beams of a vehicle frame; a layering plate (3) connected to the vertical beams, parallel to the quadrilateral frame, and dividing the battery mounting structure into a plurality of accommodating spaces which are distributed in a vertical direction and are used for mounting batteries; and connecting plates (5) for connecting the outer longitudinal beams and the layering plate.
