The present invention relates to a battery pack, which is advantageous for integration and miniaturization and excellently sensitive, and an electronic device capable of NFC and provides a battery pack and a portable electronic device capable of NFC, the battery pack being provided with: a battery bare cell; a battery protection circuit package, which is disposed at one side of the upper surface of the battery bare cell and comprises a first substrate, and a protection IC, a field effect transistor (FET), and at least one passive element disposed on the first substrate; an antenna package, which is disposed at the other side of the upper surface of the battery bare cell and comprises a second substrate and an NFC antenna structure disposed on the second substrate; an extension antenna for electrically connecting the battery protection circuit package with the antenna package; and a case, which is fixed on the battery bare cell with the battery protection circuit package and the antenna package interposed therebetween and comprises a through hole formed to expose an external connection terminal of the battery protection circuit package.
