A battery unit (10) is provided with: a battery module (11) that has a plurality of single cells (51) arranged side by side; and a storage case (16) that stores the battery module. In the battery unit, an intermediate heat radiation part (X3) that enables heat radiation from an intermediate position to the storage case is provided to the intermediate position between the single cells.
