Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery, comprising a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, a separator, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The separator comprises a base material, a heat-resistant layer, and an adhesive coating. The heat-resistant layer is provided on two opposite sides of the base material, and the adhesive coating is provided on the heat-resistant layer. The non-aqueous electrolyte comprises a non-aqueous organic solvent and additives. The non-aqueous organic solvent comprises at least ethyl propionate; the additives comprise fluoroethylene carbonate, ethylene carbonate, and lithium difluorophosphate; the ratio of the mass percentage of ethyl propionate in the non-aqueous electrolyte to the mass proportion of hexafluoropropylene in a hexafluoropropylene-vinylidene fluoride copolymer in an adhesive of the adhesive coating is 0.2-60. In the present disclosure, the battery prepared by combining positive and negative electrode materials by means of the synergistic effect of the separator and the electrolyte, low-temperature performance of the battery can be ensured while effectively improving the battery cycle life and reducing battery cycle expansion.
