Abstract:
A bearing part inspection method is provided with: a step (S10) for applying X-rays to a fatigued portion of a bearing part to be inspected; a step (S20) for detecting annular diffracted X-rays (X-ray diffraction ring) diffracted by the fatigued portion; and steps (S30, S40) for estimating use conditions for the bearing part to be inspected on the basis of the detected annular diffracted X-rays (X-ray diffraction ring).
