A finishing mill drum-shaped toothed shaft, comprising a roller end assembly, an intermediate shaft, and a tooth end assembly which are sequentially connected; and further comprised are a balancing apparatus and a bearing seat assembly fixed onto the balancing apparatus. The bearing seat assembly is connected to the intermediate shaft by means of a rolling bearing; the bearing seat assembly is provided with a first oil feeding hole; an outer ring of the rolling bearing is provided with a radial second oil feeding hole; the intermediate shaft is provided with an axial shaft body deep hole; the first oil feeding hole, second oil feeding hole, and shaft body deep hole communicate with one another; and an inner ring of the rolling bearing is fixedly connected to the intermediate shaft. By providing a bearing seat assembly at the contact position of a balancing apparatus and an intermediate shaft, the bearing seat assembly supplies oil to the intermediate shaft, thereby solving the problems in the existing technology of oil ring deformation, oil leakage, and the like; in addition, better support by the balancing apparatus is provided for the intermediate shaft.
