Abstract:
Disclosed is a belt tensioner, comprising a machine frame (1), wherein two tension tables (2) distributed one above the other and fixed by means of two tension table connecting bases (2a) are arranged on the machine frame (1); the tension table (2) comprises an upper cross beam (21) and a lower cross beam (22), with opposite upper driven wheels (211) being respectively arranged on two sides of the upper cross beam (21), opposite lower driven wheels (221) being respectively arranged on two sides of the lower cross beam (22), an upper pressing table (212) being arranged at the bottom of the upper cross beam (21), and a lower pressing table (222) being arranged at the top of the lower cross beam (22); an oil belt assembly (3) is arranged on one tension table (2), and an oil-free belt assembly (4) is arranged on the other tension table (2); a lifting driver (5) which is connected to the tension table (2) at the top and can drive the tension table to vertically ascend and descend is arranged at the top of the machine frame (1); and a station switching suspension assembly (6) is arranged between the upper cross beam (21) and the lower cross beam (22) of the same tension table (2). The belt tensioner is rational in design, space-saving and multifunctional.
