Abstract:
The present invention allows equipment costs and remodeling costs to be affordable, and manufactures a steel sheet pile with high dimensional accuracy by suppressing the occurrence of warping of a material to be rolled during bending. This bending device manufactures a steel sheet pile by bending a rolled material, which has been subjected to hot rough rolling, intermediate rolling, and finish rolling, in the direction in which the cross-sectional height of the rolled material increases, the bending device comprising: a molding stand including a hole mold for molding, which includes an upper grooved roll and a lower grooved roll; and a drive unit which drives the upper grooved roll or the lower grooved roll.
