Abstract:
The present invention comprises a bending operation lever 20, and a sealing unit 30 having a cylindrical member 50 and an elastic member 60. The elastic member 60 has a fixed section 32 fixed circumferentially along a longitudinal direction N of the cylindrical member 50 around an outer circumference 50g of the cylindrical member 50, and an extending section 100 that extends, in a circular shape substantially concentric with the fixed section 32, outwards from the fixed section 32 in a radial direction K from an outer circumference 32g of the fixed section 32 and that has a site 33 extending from the outer circumference 32g of the fixed section 32 at a prescribed angle θs.
