Abstract:
A beneficiation method for high carbonate refractory iron ore, comprising: a. performing X-ray transmission pre-separation on iron ore to obtain a pre-separated concentrate rich in siderite and pre-separated tailings; b. magnetizing and roasting the pre-separated concentrate rich in siderite, grinding the magnetized roasted product, and then carrying out low intensity magnetic separation to obtain a roasted magnetically separated concentrate and roasted magnetically separated tailings; and c. performing high intensity magnetic separation on the pre-separated tailings after grinding to obtain a high intensity magnetically separated concentrate and high intensity magnetically separated tailings, and performing reverse floatation on the high intensity magnetically separated concentrate to obtain a reverse-floated concentrate and reverse-floated tailings. The siderite in the iron ore is pre-separated by means of X-ray transmission pre-separation, so that the content of siderite in the flotation feed ore is reduced, and the siderite is prevented from attaching to the surface of red/magnetite particles to block contact between a flotation reagent and the red/magnetite particles, thereby improving the flotation effect.
