Abstract:
Provided are a beverage which contains a stevia extract and has suppressed foaming, and a method for manufacturing the beverage. In the beverage: the total content of RebA, RebD and/or RebM is 1-15 Brix as sucrose; the content of RebD and/or RebM is at least 1 Brix as sucrose; and the ratio by mass of [(RebD and/or RebM)/(RebA)] is at least 0.35.
