Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bi-directional spine endoscope operation method and a diamond shaver used in the same and, more specifically, to a bi-directional spine endoscope operation method which enables a more accurate spine-related operation by separately securing an operation hole for an operation tool and an endoscope hole for an endoscope device, and a diamond shaver which can be efficiently applied to the bi-directional spine endoscope operation method. The operation method comprises: a passage securing step of securing an operation hole and an endoscope hole in a patient's body; an operation tool insertion step of inserting an operation tool through the secured operation hole; an endoscope device insertion step of inserting an endoscope device through the endoscope hole; an operation step of performing an operation using the operation tool inserted in the operation hole; a removal step of removing the operation tool and the endoscope device after the operation step is completed; and a suture step of suturing entrances of the operation hole and the endoscope hole.
