Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a bias circuit and an amplifier. The bias circuit comprises a mirror current source and a current-to-voltage converter; a first end of the mirror current source is connected to a power supply voltage end; a second end of the mirror current source is connected to a reference voltage end; a third end of the mirror current source is connected to the current-to-voltage converter; the mirror current source is configured to obtain, by means of the first end, a power supply voltage transmitted by the power supply voltage end, obtain, by means of the second end, a reference voltage transmitted by the reference voltage end, and adjust the power supply voltage by using the reference voltage and a preset parameter, so as to obtain mirror current corresponding to the power supply voltage; the preset parameter is the parameter information of the mirror current source; and the current-to-voltage converter is configured to convert the mirror current into a voltage so as to provide a bias voltage on the basis of the voltage.
