Abstract:
A current mirror circuit (120) and a current generation circuit (110a) are connected in series between a power source node (Nd) and an earth node (Ng), via a first node (N1) and a second node (N2). Gates of transistors (MP1, MP2) included in the current mirror circuit (120) are connected via a first switch (S1) to the node (Nd) which supplies the off-state voltage (AVDD) of the transistors, and are connected via a second switch (S2) to the second node (N2). The second node (N2) is connected via a third switch (S3) to the node (Ng) which supplies the on-state voltage (AGND) of the transistors. Prior to circuit start-up, the first switch (S1) and the third switch (S3) are on, and the second switch (S2) is off. After circuit start-up, the on/off states of the first through third switches (S1-S3) are reversed.
