Abstract:
This equipment management device (10) has an information collecting unit (110), a specific state detecting unit (120), a cause estimating unit (130), and a countermeasure process executing unit (140). The information collecting unit (110) acquires video of a meeting room or sound of the meeting room. The specific state detecting unit (120) detects that pieces of equipment provided in the meeting room are in specific states on the basis of an analysis result of the video or the sound. The cause estimating unit (130) acquires equipment information related to the pieces of equipment when the pieces of equipment have been detected to be in the specific states, and estimates the cause of the specific states on the basis of the equipment information. The countermeasure process executing unit (140) selects and executes a countermeasure process that should be executed on the basis of the estimated cause.
