Title:
BIAXIALLY STRETCHED POLYAMIDE FILM ROLL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/132230
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention provides a carbon-neutral biaxially stretched polyamide film that uses a raw material derived from biomass, said polyamide film having exceptional heat resistance, impact resistance, and resistance to bending-derived pinholing. The present invention also provides a biaxially stretched polyamide film roll in which any variation in the level of biomass in the vertical (longitudinal) direction is suppressed. OMISSION ロール (in 二軸延伸ポリアミドフィルムロール) [Solution] A biaxially stretched polyamide film roll measuring 1,000–60,000 m in length and 400–3,000 mm in width, comprising a biaxially stretched polyamide film containing 99–70 mass% of a polyamide 6 resin and 1–30 mass% of a polyamide resin for which at least some of the raw material is derived from biomass, the variation in biomass content being 15% or less when samples are taken every 1000 m from the surface layer to the winding core of the film roll in the MD direction and measurements of radioactive carbon 14C are taken.
