Abstract:
Disclosed is a compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein the definition for each group is as described in the description) or a salt, solvate or prodrug thereof, which has a potent and long-lasting ocular hypotensive activity and has no adverse side effect on eyes such as irritation to eyes (congestion, corneal opacities, etc.) and increased aqueous protein level, and which is therefore highly safe and can be used as an excellent prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for glaucoma or the like.
