Title:
BIFIDOBACTERIUM BIFIDUM I771, SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/110281
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to the field of bioengineering, and discloses a Bifidobacterium bifidum i771, a separation and purification method therefor, and an application thereof. The bacterial strain is screened from infant feces, and is deposited in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, with the deposit number of CGMCC NO. 19855. The Bifidobacterium bifidum i771 is obtained by enriching, screening, and continuously purifying a target bacterial strain in the feces of breast-feeding infants or young children. The bacterial strain obtained by the present invention can adjust the balance of gut microbiota, and treat or relieve clinical depression. At the same time, in the field of yogurt fermentation, the strain can also improve the aroma of fermented milk and enhance the preference degree of yogurt. The bacterium can be used to prepare fermented dairy products and applied as an active ingredient in a drug for treatment and/or relief of clinical depression.
