Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a binder for use in an electrochemical battery, being a copolymer, the copolymer having a first repeating unit and a second repeating unit, the first repeating unit having a first side group, the first side group having a first terminal group, and the first terminal group being a polar functional group; the second repeating unit has a second side group, the second side group having a second terminal group, and the second terminal group being an epoxy group. Also provided in the present application are a composition comprising the binder and active material particles, an electrochemical battery electrode material, and a preparation method therefor. In the electrode material obtained using the binder of the present application, the active material cannot easily detach, and the structural stability of the electrode is high.
