Abstract:
The inspection accuracy of gene analysis conducted using a DNA microarray is improved. A DNA microarray (20) is prepared by supplying a sample solution onto a substrate (10) to form an array of spots (80) of the sample solution on the substrate (10). The shape of the spots (80) when viewed from above is generally circular, and the sizes thereof are different.
