Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a production method for a biodegradable plastic product which uses arbitrary organic waste as a raw material and biodegrades in a short period in a typical soil environment, and a production system therefor. [Solution] In the present invention, organic waste is crushed/pulverized, an inorganic treatment agent and absorbent organic matter are introduced into and mixed with the crushed/pulverized organic waste, and the organic waste is subjected to water absorption/solidification. The solidified organic waste is dried and powdered into fine particles. The organic waste powdered into fine particles is made into polylactic acid. The organic waste made into polylactic acid is used as a raw material to produce a biodegradable plastic product with a molding device.
