Abstract:
According to the present invention, a steel sheet pile having high strength and high toughness is stably provided with high productivity. This steel sheet pile has: a predetermined component composition; a microstructure in which the area fraction of ferrite is at least 70% and the area ratio of island-shaped martensite is at most 1.0%; and a microstructure in which the area fraction of ferrite is at least 70% and the area ratio of island-shaped martensite is at most 1.0%, the total area ratio of V carbonitrides, Nb carbonitrides, and V-Nb composite carbonitrides that have a particle size of at most 10 nm is at least 2.6%, and the area ratio of V carbonitrides, Nb carbonitrides, and a composite deposit thereof that have a predetermined particle size of d (nm) is at least 0.3%. The average particle size and greatest particle size of the ferrite are at most 15 μm and at most 40 μm, respectively.
