Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of biodegradable materials, and particularly relates to a biodegradable syringe dedicated material, and a method for preparing a syringe by using the material. The biodegradable syringe dedicated material is prepared from PBS, antioxidant 1010, a hydrolysis-resistant auxiliary agent, light stabilizer 944, fumed silica, a slip agent and a cross-linking agent. The preparation method comprises: 1) preparing a master batch; 2) preparing the dedicated material; and (3) producing a syringe, wherein injection molding is carried out by using an injection-molding machine, the temperature of the injection molding machine is 150-160-170-180-170-170ºC, and the mold temperature is 60ºC. The syringe prepared from the dedicated material of the present invention has high strength and good transparency, can be completely biodegraded, and meets the requirements for a disposable syringe; and the preparation method therefor is scientific and rational, simple and easy to implement, and suitable for industrial production.
